INSTALLATION OF SOFTWARE PROGRAMS
In order for you to enjoy the dynamic features of our website, you need to have 3 software programs installed on your computer: "Adobe Flash Player", "Adobe Shockwave Player", and "Adobe Reader". If you are experiencing difficulties with our website, it is more than likely that you don’t have 1 or more of these 3 programs or you have an outdated version of the program. To correct the problem you’re experiencing, you need to download the most recent version of these 3 programs. For your convenience, the links to these program sites have been created below. By the way, these programs are safe to download and will be useful for viewing not only Cayuga's website, but other websites which that feature similar interactive features and PDF formatted documents/forms.

If you are having difficulty or are unable to view the pictures or graphics on our website, your computer may not have the "Adobe Flash Player" program installed, or the program you currently have installed is an outdated version.  If you need the latest version of “Adobe Flash Player”, click here to install this software.


If you have the latest version of "Adobe Flash Player" and are still having difficulty viewing the pictures or graphics on our website, your computer may not have the "Adobe Shockwave Player" program installed, or the program you currently have installed is an outdated version.  If you need the latest version of “Adobe Shockwave Player”, click here to install this software.
 

If you are having difficulty or are unable to view any of our camp forms (which are PDF formatted documents) on this website, your computer may not have the "Adobe Reader" program, you currently have installed is an outdated version.  If you need the latest version of “Adobe Reader”, click here to install this software.

AFTER INSTALLING THESE SOFTWARE PROGRAMS
After you have downloaded these updated software programs, you should restart your computer and revisit the Camp Cayuga website.  Once there, hold down the "Shift" key on your keyboard and press the "F5" key once to perform a "Hard Refresh" on your computer.  This is a highly recommended procedure, as it removes any previously viewed versions of the page your computer may have saved in its "temporary internet pages" file.
