    SESSION EXTENSIONS:  

    It’s common for campers to request an extension.  We’ll accept session extensions, as long as there’s space available.  If your child expresses an interest in staying longer, we’ll contact you to discuss the matter.  If prior to camp you anticipate your child extending his session, let us know now.  A ‘possible’ session extension is a factor in determining your camper’s cabin assignment. 

    IMPORTANT 2024 DATES:

    * February 1: $500 tuition payment per child is due (applicable to families who enroll prior to January 1st). 
    * April 27, Sunday: Open House for all new campers.
    * May 1: Tuition balance is due.
    * June 1: Deadline for Online Bunk Request Form. Paper form will remain available on your dashboard.
    * June 9: Camper Profile Form is due (or 3 weeks prior to arrival).
    * June 9: Camper Health Form is due (or 3 weeks prior to arrival).
    * June 10, Tuesday: New Jersey Business Office is closed. Reopens on September 9th.
    * June 12, Thursday: Pennsylvania Camp Office opens for summer season.
    * June 16: Airport Transportation Itinerary Form is due (or 2 weeks prior to arrival).
    * June 29, Sunday: First day of the summer camp season.
    * August 23, Saturday: Last day of camp.
    * August 30 to September 7, Sunday: NJ Business Office & PA Camp Office is closed.  (During this time, we are moving our operation back to New Jersey.)
    * September 8, Monday: New Jersey Business Office reopens.

      SIBLING CREDIT:

      Cayuga extends a discount to families who enroll 2 or more children.  The tuition is credited $400 for each additional sibling enrolled for the full-season and $300, $200, and $100 for the 6-week session, half-session, and 2-week mini-session respectively.  The shorter session is used to determine the credit.  There is no sibling credit for a stay less than 2 weeks.

      CANTEEN FEE:

      The canteen fee is the only mandatory charge in addition to the camp tuition. The canteen fee is $390 (full-season); $300 (6-week session); $210 (half-session); $120 (2-week session). The canteen fee covers one official Camp Cayuga t-shirt; weekly laundry service; daily snack allowance; off-season mailings. Since the total cost of the canteen items exceeds the amount charged, there is never a prorated refund of the canteen fee.

      LAUNDRY SERVICE: 

      The canteen fee includes a weekly laundering of your camper's clothing and linens. It takes 1-2 days for the laundry to be washed and returned. All clothing and gear must be marked for identification purposes. Cayuga offers an optional Linen Rental Service which includes blankets, sheets, and pillowcases.       ENROLLMENT CANCELLATION FEE:  

      Enrollments cancelled on or April 30th incur a $250 fee.  Enrollments cancelled after April 30th incur a $500 fee.  All remaining payments are fully refunded.
